Enduring on your way to success.

'Intellect exercise'
It need a 'willing heart '

Before one could attempt to begin with the journey to success, he need to set his mind right and have a willing heart to endure from a pain that might be impose to him from the decision taken. In this piece of writing I would like to talk about being able to last or to endure the consequences of choosing the long journey to the top.

The best way to start this perhaps should be trying to understand what is meant by “endure”. My definition of the word having been guided by oxford dictionary is being able to last for a period of time especially where the situation isn’t favorable. It means suffering from a pain of a willing heart in an attempt to find yourself glowing one day.

Only those with a valiant heart on their journey are likely to endure the pain and those that are not would give up early before they could really feel the pain. A journey to success need a participant who has a well-trained heart and mind that will be able to push him though it is tough. Many would be like, what kind of a training should I be part of so that I train my heart? Well many people view training as going through physical part of exercise but that isn’t all.

There is something I call ‘intellect exercise’ where you train your mind and your heart to be used to something.  This kind of exercise mostly is effective when one tries to explore many if not all possibilities of life. For example, when starting something of your interest, perhaps a small business, one should be able to work hard for it to be well-established business and never to loses focus to it as you don’t if whether it could unfold to be a big deal for you or not. In case it does not become a success which means you failed to make it work.

That is the point where you start to undergo an ‘intellect exercise’. Failing is the most important tool to learn from your mistakes and most importantly will train you to be familiar to it. The minute you are used to failing then you’re no longer scared of failing in the future. Though failing isn’t something to be proud of or desirable it gives you courage and alternative plans of becoming successful on something. Failing mould you to be a different person you were not yesterday.

A nice piece of an analogy to explain this would be in a context of police traineeship. Before you could be selected to go to the college to be trained as a police you have to undergo some elimination physical test as a result of influx of applicants. When called upon a challenge where parties are expected to run, only those who play soccer or engage into some physical training during their spare time are more likely to endure all the pains until they complete the task. Not that running is sweet to them, no. It’s because they are used to it and though it’s painful they WILL GO THROUGH IT.  The rest will give up along the way and less that 40% will complete.

So it’s very important to know that in order to find yourself where you want to be it is going to take a lot of effort and time to reach there. One should be able to be willing to accept that when he fails it does not mean the end but a lesson to help her to be used to it, it mould and motivate so that she could endure till to the finish line.

GOOD LUCK AND TAKE
REMEMBER NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
BUT YOU NEED TO WORK HARD ON IT TO BECOME A REALITY.

Blueprint to a flourishing and a successful business.

There is nothing exciting than starting your own business ‘cause at the end of the day you know you are your own boss and most of all opportunities are being created. Starting your own business require a lot of energy, and perhaps giving up your jobs to allow you to focus because it need you ever than before.
I want us to talk about one thing that is detriment before and after starting your business and many black owned business that were there yesterday are not here today because of that one major issue. That one thing is the purpose, aim and many who would like to call it they say it’s the objectivity of your business. Why are you starting a business?

Money in most cases is the driving force to many to think about doing a business. Although capital is critical for your business, it could be the turning point to your business not to become successful if that is the purpose of the holistic idea.  Let’s try to rationalise it, someone starts a day care where young ones are kept while their parents are off to work. The business requires a lot of time and patient and if your aiming for cash you could be disappointed if isn’t coming so quick.  Sometimes it could even take three to six months or even a year without enough cash flow per months and if you did it for money, you can give up so early than expected because isn’t producing enough.  Many would go as far as creating business for their survival just to make little to buy bread that is why many don’t grow, but is it the kind of business you would like to see it booming one day? I don’t think so.

But being honest it goes beyond just making money or for survival if your business is to flourish at the end of the day.  A business that glows and become successful is something that was created to offer its customers something unique that its competitors are likely not have for example if your competitors involved on a day care business don’t bath children before their parents could collect them, starting a day care with such great idea could convince [more] parents to take their kids to your day care ‘cause they don’t have to stress anymore about arriving at home and bath their babies. You have already done it for them.

Conduct a research whether there is a great need for it to exist not. A business that will flourish is the business that its purpose is to solve the deficiency of its nature within the society.  One thing that many incline to forget is the community. People are the most decisive part of your business if is to survive or not. Let your purpose of the business be about people and only people on how to take them out of depression that they could possibly be suffering from and put them into comfort.  Your business will roar like a lion after a delicious meal.

GOODLUCK

'whatever you give woman, she will make greater'.

The British novelist once said ‘whatever you give woman, she will make greater. If you give her sperm, she will give you a baby, if you give her a house she will give you a home, if you give her a smile, she will give you her heart’. Whatever women put hands upon turns to platinum. This just gives a clear analogy of women as the most influential part of the society.

But it comes with surprise when the Media tend to undermine and disrespect the presents of women in our society and they themselves don’t see that. Let’s talk about the representation of women in the media. The media industries more specifically television was heavily loaded with men than women on the screen some few years back and many people thought women were being undermined which could be the case. But today everything seems to have changed with women dominating the screen and they feel being empowered which is not absolute the case.

As the world continuously becoming a commercial stage where making money is the priority than the social perspective that women are being empowered on our screen, women are continuously being disrespected in an attempt to make profit. In direct terms, the media are using women to generate capital and use the word beauty to blind them. They are sort of an attractive tool that television finds it relevant to scoop more viewership and without women the television business is likely not to flourish.

One of the tools explained as media rhetoric or persuasive technique are only women and one thing that should possible be asked is why only women and not men? The media decide on how women should look, media decide what women should wear on and off the screen; the media decide everything for women.

How many stories on our TV that shows women with their legs covered? How many television programme hosted by women with their cleavage covered, with their faces, entire body being transformed? Unlike men, they are presented wearing suits and tie, why? Because men are regarded superior than women and should be respected. That’s the social perspective about men.

Women are being disrespected, undermined and taken advantage of. It's only time that women realize how television has taken advantage of them and strike back!

How AFRICA has denounce its education system!

'free indeed, free of knowledge '
Free Education
A country without education system is like a toothless dog that bites but cannot impose pain. Education is the foundation and corner stone for each country’s development. It has to be sustained to maintain its quality. But when politics gets too much involved into education and introducing the so called ‘free education’ for a certain political agenda it compromises our education standard and quality. Free education isn’t an idea.

Yes South Africa might heavily be occupied by the society of a working class but education has to come at a price.  Patrice Lumumba once said that our political class has introduced ‘free education’, but is ‘free indeed, free of knowledge’ knowledge is free but education cannot be for free. Why are we not ashamed that these people who promised us the so call free education don’t even send their kids to our own domestic institution of higher learning but instead they introduce them to the British and American education system but yet we still fighting for non-paid education? Are they not ‘suspicious’ about the notorious free education? In case we forgot South Africa is the victim of wave of strike for free education. Free education will never reform African education, but it will sink it like a titanic.

Health
How many leaders especially of the political class who utilises our domestic hospitals? There are lots of doctors that are being trained all across Africa but instead these people prefer to cross frontiers in a quest for good health. Don’t they trust our doctors or is a matter of going out of Africa for vacation purpose? Recently Zimbabwean aging president Robert Mugabe whose health has invited lots of scrutiny from the media went to Singapore for medical check-up month ago. He left Zimbabwes’ very own hospitals such as Bulawayo Central Hospital, Murambinda Hospital, Harare Central Hospital etc. but he chose to go out of Africa and you ask yourself why? How does that depict African or African doctors specifically?

Colonised education
An education system without moral and African ethics lessons is nothing but a disguise to our education. Africa has long lost respect, patriotism, nationalism. In fact we have been moulded to hate Africa unlike those who lived before us. When you’re morally educated your judgement towards certain issues does not only offers you the advantage but the rest of the people. But if it offers small group an advantage and leave the rest out its morally wrong. It raises some few if not lots of questions when an African is killing, conspire, and despise another African.  When you are ethically educated you respect but Africa has long lost that as results of colonised education. We need to be the architect of our own education system in order to build Africa again.
Africa can be great again !

Dark cloud continues to over shadow pirates.

Dark cloud continues to over shadow Orlando Pirates football club as we are nearing to the new 2017/18 PSL season.  The past two weeks have been too hactic for the Soweto giant as speculations about pirates wish to fire Kjell Jonervret were all over.

Wednesday morning every football fan was welcomed by the news that Kjoll Jonervret has resigned as Orlando Pirates football coach. But could this act bring back glory to the buccaneers?  As many would like to say it, history does have the tendency of repeat itself.  Muhsin Artugral is the victim of such circumstance. He was appointed pirates coach after a stunning season with the then Mpumalanga Black Aces but his tenure only lasted for five months with the baccaneers. He announced his resignation live on television after Pirates were humiliated 6-1 against Supersport United.

This act will never bring pirates back to glory unless they repent. Imposing pressure to force their coach to resign will only bring confusion upon players and the rest of the team in general. Why don’t they learn from their counterpart Kaizer Chiefs? It has been two seasons now without chiefs laying their hands to any major trophy available but  the team is holding on their coach Steve Khomphela as long as possible. They support him against all odds. Even when the club supporters are calling on the team to fire him, the team still hold trust in him that he will provide and bring excitement back.

As it was reported in the media this past week, former Uganda Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic is expected to take up the big jog at Orlando Pirates. The question instead is whether he would be able to cope with the amount of pressure he getting himself to and be able to fulfill all the expectation both from a holistic point of view? Will the Sebian born be able to solve pirates problem or the team together with the supporters will solve him and force him to hand his resignation.
