'free indeed, free of knowledge '
Free Education
A country without education system is like a toothless dog that bites but cannot impose pain. Education is the foundation and corner stone for each country’s development. It has to be sustained to maintain its quality. But when politics gets too much involved into education and introducing the so called ‘free education’ for a certain political agenda it compromises our education standard and quality. Free education isn’t an idea.
Yes South Africa might heavily be occupied by the society of a working class but education has to come at a price. Patrice Lumumba once said that our political class has introduced ‘free education’, but is ‘free indeed, free of knowledge’ knowledge is free but education cannot be for free. Why are we not ashamed that these people who promised us the so call free education don’t even send their kids to our own domestic institution of higher learning but instead they introduce them to the British and American education system but yet we still fighting for non-paid education? Are they not ‘suspicious’ about the notorious free education? In case we forgot South Africa is the victim of wave of strike for free education. Free education will never reform African education, but it will sink it like a titanic.
Health
How many leaders especially of the political class who utilises our domestic hospitals? There are lots of doctors that are being trained all across Africa but instead these people prefer to cross frontiers in a quest for good health. Don’t they trust our doctors or is a matter of going out of Africa for vacation purpose? Recently Zimbabwean aging president Robert Mugabe whose health has invited lots of scrutiny from the media went to Singapore for medical check-up month ago. He left Zimbabwes’ very own hospitals such as Bulawayo Central Hospital, Murambinda Hospital, Harare Central Hospital etc. but he chose to go out of Africa and you ask yourself why? How does that depict African or African doctors specifically?
Colonised education
An education system without moral and African ethics lessons is nothing but a disguise to our education. Africa has long lost respect, patriotism, nationalism. In fact we have been moulded to hate Africa unlike those who lived before us. When you’re morally educated your judgement towards certain issues does not only offers you the advantage but the rest of the people. But if it offers small group an advantage and leave the rest out its morally wrong. It raises some few if not lots of questions when an African is killing, conspire, and despise another African. When you are ethically educated you respect but Africa has long lost that as results of colonised education. We need to be the architect of our own education system in order to build Africa again.
Africa can be great again !

Dark cloud continues to over shadow pirates.
Dark cloud continues to over shadow Orlando Pirates football club as we are nearing to the new 2017/18 PSL season. The past two weeks have been too hactic for the Soweto giant as speculations about pirates wish to fire Kjell Jonervret were all over.
Wednesday morning every football fan was welcomed by the news that Kjoll Jonervret has resigned as Orlando Pirates football coach. But could this act bring back glory to the buccaneers? As many would like to say it, history does have the tendency of repeat itself. Muhsin Artugral is the victim of such circumstance. He was appointed pirates coach after a stunning season with the then Mpumalanga Black Aces but his tenure only lasted for five months with the baccaneers. He announced his resignation live on television after Pirates were humiliated 6-1 against Supersport United.
This act will never bring pirates back to glory unless they repent. Imposing pressure to force their coach to resign will only bring confusion upon players and the rest of the team in general. Why don’t they learn from their counterpart Kaizer Chiefs? It has been two seasons now without chiefs laying their hands to any major trophy available but the team is holding on their coach Steve Khomphela as long as possible. They support him against all odds. Even when the club supporters are calling on the team to fire him, the team still hold trust in him that he will provide and bring excitement back.
As it was reported in the media this past week, former Uganda Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic is expected to take up the big jog at Orlando Pirates. The question instead is whether he would be able to cope with the amount of pressure he getting himself to and be able to fulfill all the expectation both from a holistic point of view? Will the Sebian born be able to solve pirates problem or the team together with the supporters will solve him and force him to hand his resignation.

"The weapons of war must be abolished, before they abolish us."
Civil war in Syria
Its been six years since the outbreak of the civil war in Syria. The country has become the battle ground between Bashar Al-Assad, the opposition and ‘terrorists’. Thousands of people lost their life, families are separated, bombing and throwing of grenades has become the true culture and a way of living in the country. Living there for many has become life threatening. Currently there is no government and as results, many are fleeing to the peripheral countries such as Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon to seek refuge.
Where is the United Nation to resolve this insanity? In 2012 the UN Security Council has called for the induction of ‘2012 Geneva Communique’ to help resolve the issue but the talks broke down. In an attempt to find the solution to this humanitarian crisis in Syria, about four world super powers emerged. USA, Russia, Turkey and Iran. USA and Russia were reported to have arranged the ‘proximity’ talk with the opposition in an attempt to bring peace and to stop the massacre, however nothing seemed to be working as talks had broken up. So many attempts have been done after which include the UN-mediated talks but nothing materialised.
Why is it so difficult to find the solution to end this holocaust in Syria? To find the answer lets go on the ground and observe the situation if whether or not there is help from US and the likes. When there are killings of people in a country there should be weapons such as guns, bombs, deadly chemicals that ends human life like John F Kennedy said "The weapons of war must be abolished, before they abolish us." Where are the weapons coming from then?
USA is reported to have provided military assistance to ‘moderate’ rebels and conducted air strikes in 2014. Saudi Arabia has allocated military and financial support in the country according to reports. Turkey did the same when they send their defence delegates to send those with Islamist ideology away. According to BBC, Iran has provided with ‘subsidised’ weapons. Russia has also launched certain air strikes targeted on ‘terrorists’.
Isn’t funny that you and me now we have the same question? Is sending weapons, providing with military assistance, conducting one too many air strikes and attacking people with deadly chemicals trying to end the killings and bringing peace upon the Arab country? This is totally an abuse an abuse of power. How could the provision of weapons end this mass killing? This is a joke.
Are these actions not helping the country to destabilise? Apparently these action will never bring peace, unity and stability in Syria, but the will continue bringing turmoil, mass killing and destabilisation. There is no government in Syria as such there is no constitution. Living in the country is living under a snap short. Young children go to school to learn how to pull a trigger and not study towards dreamed careers. They study how to become good soldiers not to become teacher, lawyers etc. Actually there is nothing, absolutely nothing in Syria except bombed structures, falling buildings and people on the streets killing brothers and sisters. About 470 000 death were recorded according to Think-Tank in 2016.
My wish for Syria is that USA, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Turkey and Iran should back down ‘cause what they are doing is not honourable. What they are doing is not helping but to try to destabilise the country for certain interests just like what happened in Libya when Jorge W Bush was still the US president. It’s not international war but ‘Civil WAR’. Let they themselves find the root of the problem and be the ones to find the solution of their own problems. Shame on you the so called ‘world power’
